Support inside the app

You can also reach us without leaving Rafeeq: open the app, go to Profile, then Support. Your message opens a conversation with us, and our reply appears in the same place.

Your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from, not by us. The Cancel subscription button in your profile inside the app takes you to the right place.

• Android (Google Play): open your subscriptions on Google Play (or the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), choose Rafeeq, then Cancel subscription.
• iPhone / iPad: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Rafeeq → Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
